Senior Vice President, CyberSource and PlaySpan
Andre Machicao is Senior Vice President of CyberSource and PlaySpan within the Global Merchant Sales and Solutions group at Visa Inc. He is responsible for the Strategy, Product Management and Marketing functions across CyberSource, Authorize.Net and PlaySpan.
Mr. Machicao joined Visa in 2006. He previously held leadership positions within Visa's Strategy & Corporate Development and Global Product organizations where he focused on strategic initiatives related to new business opportunities and innovation in payments, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and venture investments for Visa.
Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Machicao was a strategy and management consultant with Booz & Company. Before joining Booz, he held senior management positions within new business ventures, including CEO of industry2industry, a B2B eCommerce company. Previously, Mr. Machicao was an executive with Accenture’s Center for Strategic Technology.
Mr. Machicao holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Head of CyberSource Sales, North America
Paul Williamson is Vice President of Sales for CyberSource in North America and globally for PlaySpan within the Global Merchant Sales and Solutions group at Visa Inc. Paul is responsible for Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering as well as our Channel business that includes our financial institution, technology, system integrator and reseller partners.
Mr. Williamson joined Visa in 2013 and was initially Head of Revenue for PlaySpan where he focused on Sales, Strategy, and Go-to-Market planning.
Prior to Visa Inc., Mr. Williamson was Vice President of Sales for Salesforce.com in their Mid-Market Business as well as holding a role in Strategic Sales. Before joining Salesforce.com, Paul held various senior management positions within the mobile, wireless POS and payments for the restaurant and hospitality industry at leading innovator, PalmTEQ Limited. Previously, Mr. Williamson was a consultant for a boutique research firm CyberResearch.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Murdoch University, Perth Western Australia.
Head of CyberSource Sales, EMEA & APAC
Simon Stokes joined CyberSource in 2006 as UK head of sales, tasked with reaching out to the organization's existing customer base and building links with new prospects and partners. Attracted by the infancy and excitement of the eCommerce industry, Simon witnessed 50% year-on-year company growth, and led an assessment of the addressable markets in Europe and Asia.
Simon was promoted to managing director of CyberSource's EMEA operations in November 2007. He is now responsible for operational expansion and overseeing the development of new partnerships within the EMEA and APAC regions.
Prior to joining CyberSource, Simon spent seventeen highly successful years with Dell in Europe, during which time the organization grew from just 20 to more than 1500 employees. At Dell he gained experience in running sales and marketing teams, as well as managing accounts at a national and global level across the media, telecoms, banking, retail and manufacturing sectors.
J. Michael Bradley
Vice President, Asia Pacific
As Managing Director for Asia Pacific for CyberSource, a Visa company and one of the leading providers of secure eCommerce payment management services, Mike Bradley is responsible for building on CyberSource’s proven global network and industry-recognized technology to create an unparalleled payment management solutions provider with an exclusive focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
A professional with more than 15 years of industry experience including startups in the Silicon Valley, Mike is a leading authority on eCommerce specializing in fraud management, payment security and payment process improvement. In addition to being a frequent and recognized speaker in industry forums including those hosted by the Merchant Risk Council, Direct Response Forum and leading players in the airline industry, he is also a published author in payment and fraud trends.
Mike is based in CyberSource’s regional hub headquartered in Singapore. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia extensively, he has a deep knowledge and understanding of both the European and Asian markets. His expertise and track record have also enabled him to develop valuable relationships with the largest eCommerce merchants spanning different industries including travel, digital services, retail and entertainment.
Prior to his current role, Mike was Director of Solutions Development for CyberSource and had played a pivotal role in bringing payment management innovations to market. He joined CyberSource from Visa International where he held a number of key positions with the company’s Risk and Processing Services. Mike graduated cum laude from the University of California. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Managing Director CyberSource Latin America and the Caribbean
Guillermo Rospigliosi has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and the areas of technology, e-commerce and new channels.
As Managing Director of CyberSource for Latin America and the Caribbean, Guillermo is responsible for developing the strategy of CyberSource in the region, working with merchants, partners and acquirers to increase the penetration of products and services and help the growth of emerging channels, mainly e-Commerce.
Prior to this position, Guillermo led the Emerging Channels area for Visa in Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, developing innovative products and solutions in the areas of e-Commerce and authentication. He was also responsible for Cross-Border e-Commerce on a global scale. From his role as leader of Visa’s e-Commerce team, Guillermo was a key player in the growth of that business for Visa.
Before starting his career at Visa, he was an Acquisitions Program Manager for Citicards, the credit card company of Citigroup, based in New York. He worked in the Core Market division and was responsible for the development of sales strategies and the execution of programs to acquire new profitable card accounts.
He began his career at Banco de Credito del Peru, the biggest financial institution in that country, where he worked for over five years, holding several positions in the Marketing, Product Management, Consulting and e-Commerce divisions.
Guillermo has been the co-architect and participant in various e-Commerce initiatives in the region, promoting its benefits to businesses, governments, and financial institutions, among others.
Guillermo Rospigliosi was born in Peru and got a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima. He obtained a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
Head of Sales, Authorize.Net
John Bodine is responsible for the sales and marketing functions of Authorize.Net, a CyberSource solution. He originally joined Authorize.Net as a member of the board of directors in 1998 when the company was still called NetSolutions. After a year on the board, Mr. Bodine was hired as the ninth employee in late 1998, serving as Director of Business Development, where he formed the strategic relationship with Go2Net, which acquired Authorize.Net in 2000. From 2000 to 2002, he worked for Ellis, Inc. where he acted as SVP of International Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Bodine rejoined Authorize.Net in October, 2002 and has focused his efforts on growing and maintaining one of the largest indirect sales channels in the payments industry. He also managed the design and implementation of Authorize.Net's Affiliate Reseller channel which provides sales support for integration partners. Recently, Mr. Bodine has worked to establish a successful direct sales channel within Authorize.Net. He also oversees the branding, communication and promotional plans for the company's marketing efforts. He has held similar positions for Novell, WordPerfect and Baan.
Mr. Bodine holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University.
