Web Services APIs

Updated the Web Services APIs to version 1.3. See the Web Services APIs Release Notes for information about what changed in versions 1.2 and 1.3. The release notes are available on the Support Center in the Services Documentation area.

Miscellaneous

Updated the ISO currency and country codes used by all of the ICS services.
