Server Release Notes for July 6, 2006

These release notes apply to the ICS test and production servers.

New Gateway and New Card

CyberSource added support for a new processing gateway to GE Capital. This support includes the new GE Money UK card, which is the card that GE Capital processes. For information about the features that are supported for this gateway and card, see the Credit Card Services Implementation Guide.

Enhanced Secure Data Storage Functionality

The Secure Data Suite was enhanced to provide four fields that merchants can use to store any type of data. The data is encrypted before being stored in the database. A new payment method was also added. For information about these fields and the new payment method, see the Secure Data Suite User's Guide and the Customer Profiles Developer's Guide.

Enhancements for Streamline

Support for the Streamline processor was enhanced to include the Secure Data Suite and support for the International Maestro card type. New Name for Switch Card

The name of the Switch card type has been changed to Domestic Maestro.

BIN Ranges

Support was added for Discover card's new BIN ranges.

Simple Order API (formerly the Web Services API)
