The Risk Update service was enhanced to let you submit a marking reason and marking notes for suspicious transactions. A marking reason, such as fraud chargeback or creditback, indicates why a transaction is being marked. A marking note is a text field that lets you submit any additional information about the marked transaction. This information will be displayed on the Transaction Search Details page in the Business Center.
