New Service: PayPal Express Checkout

CyberSource has implemented PayPal Express Checkout, which is a new payment service. PayPal Express Checkout can be used as a payment system and as a checkout process. For more information, see the PayPal Express Checkout Implementation Guide.

Upgrade: Bill Me Later

Support for Bill Me Later has been upgraded to support BML Business and BML Direct. BML Business is a new product for businesses that want to establish a line of credit with Bill Me Later. Upgrade: Order Screening

List Manager has been upgraded to support UTF-8. For information about this update, see the Decision Manager Developer's Guide.
