Enhanced Case Management (ECM) is available as an add-on feature to Decision Manager Advanced Edition. Case ownership, a key component of ECM, was released in May 2008. Case ownership enables merchants to assign case reviewers to monitor specific transaction queues and enables case reviewers to take ownership of cases in those queues.
The July 2008 release extends ECM capabilities to include identity verification. Identity verification enables case reviewers to call third parties to verify the identities of customers. These third-party services correlate customer data in the orders being reviewed:
For more information, see the Decision Manager Developer's Guide.
For electronic check processing with Amerinet, merchants are now able to specify the Standard Entry Class (SEC) code for a transaction. The SEC code identifies the source of the transaction: internet, telephone, or written authorization. For more information, see the Electronic Check Services Implementation Guide.
Version 1.38 of the Simple Order API has been released. For information about what has changed, see the Simple Order API Release Notes.
