Server Release Notes for September 27, 2011

These release notes apply to the CyberSource test and production servers.

CAPN Upgrade for American Express Direct

To meet the CAPN requirements, CyberSource added support for several features on American Express Direct. These features include full authorization reversals, automatic partial authorization reversals, Enhanced AVS, AAV Plus, electronic verification, partial authorizations, balance responses, authorization only, and American Express SafeKey. Additionally, the merchant descriptor support and airline data support were updated. New Feature for Barclays

CyberSource added support for zero amount authorizations on Barclays. For information about credit card processing with Barclays, see Credit Card Services for the Simple Order API or Credit Card Services for the SCMP API.

New Feature for Elavon

CyberSource added support for zero amount authorizations on Elavon. For information about credit card processing with Elavon, see Credit Card Services for the Simple Order API or Credit Card Services for the SCMP API.
