General Release Notes for ics_notify

For Request-Level Field:

bill_state is required if bill_country is U.S.
bill_zip is required if bill_country is U.S.

For Offer-Level Field:

distributor is optional

If this is not given, CyberSource will not send this offer to your trading partner for fulfillment. Also, if the product_code is one of shipping_only, handling_only, shipping_and_handling only and distributor is not given, this offer will not be included when calculating total shipping costs.

distributor_account is optional
*NOTE*
Required if distributor is given, for distributors EDI 850P, Bindco and KAO only. Optional if product_code is not one of shipping_only, handling_only, shipping_and_handling_only.

distributor_product_sku is optional
*NOTE*
Required if the product_code is not one of shipping_only, handling_only, shipping_and_handling_only and the distributor is given.

merchant_product_sku is optional
