Error Message Revision

OLD: ics_rmsg= The reply from the vital Group III data system was either invalid or missing. It is possible that the system is either down or refusing connections.

NEW: ics_rmsg= The reply from the vital system was either invalid or missing. It is possible that the system is either down or refusing connections.

ECP

The ecp_debit_ref_no field is now going correctly to the service from the merchant. Since this is an optional field, if the merchant does not pass in the field, then CyberSource will generate one for them.

TAX

For ship_to_zip, the system now sends a DINVALIDDATA instead of ESYSTEM.
