Endsleigh Selects CyberSource Payment Processing and Security Solutions

CyberSource, a Visa company (NYSE: V), today announced it has been selected to provide payment processing and payment security solutions to Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd.

Founded in 1965, Endsleigh has become one of the UK's leading insurance providers. Endsleigh initially chose to work with CyberSource to address PCI-DSS compliance for its online and call centre transactions. After evaluating CyberSource's eCommerce solutions, Endsleigh outsourced its entire payment management process to CyberSource.

The following solutions were selected by Endsleigh:

  • Global Payment Processing – Endsleigh reliably and securely processes multiple payment types through CyberSource's PCI-DSS certified global payment processing network. Multiple payment options are supported.
  • Payer Authentication(3D Secure) – One connection to CyberSource provides the online payment guarantees offered by both Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, helping Endsleigh minimise customer disputes, whilst receiving chargeback protection and relief from fraud liability on qualifying transactions.
  • Payment Tokenisation – Customer data is stored in CyberSource's PCI-DSS certified secure data centres. Only a mask of the card account number (a 'token'), is returned to Endsleigh for future transaction-related activities.
