PC Magazine® Selects CyberSource® for Inaugural Internet Business 100 List

CyberSource Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBS), a leading provider of mission-critical eCommerce transaction software and services, today announced that the company has been selected by PC Magazine for inclusion in the 2001 Internet Business 100. PC Magazine's inaugural Internet Business 100 is a list of the 100 top Internet infrastructure companies selected because their web-site-oriented products or services might have the most impact in 2001. PC Magazine's Internet Business 100 company selections were also based on market share and technological ingenuity.

As a multi-channel processor handling commerce transactions online, as well as via call centers, kiosks and at the point of sale, CyberSource was selected as one of the top Payment Systems service providers for businesses selling online. The list is published in the February 13, 2001 issue and CyberSource joins other high-tech industry luminaries in various categories in receiving this distinction, including, IBM®, Sun Microsystems®, Oracle®, Microsoft®, Blue Martini Software® and E.piphany™.

In other news, CyberSource today announced that Charles E. Noreen, CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, has left the company to pursue other interests. CyberSource Chairman and CEO Bill McKiernan will oversee the company's Finance and Administration functions while the search for a new CFO is conducted. "Charlie was an asset to the company; he contributed to our overall success and our solid financial position," said McKiernan. "We wish him the best of luck."
