As a Scrum Master within CyberSource, you will utilise a blend of agile and traditional project management methodologies to facilitate the realisation of project deliverables within the product development lifecycle. The successful candidate in this role will mirror the attributes of a leader; skilled in coaching and mentoring team members, with the ability to evaluate current practices and continuously evolve these practices in line with project and team capabilities. Furthermore, you will be innovative in fusing an agile software development approach with other traditional interfaces utilising your influence to incrementally improve these processes with a focus on delivery of value to the business.
