Each development team within CyberSource NI plays a critical role in realising project goals; leading and architecting the success of these teams is fundamental to the role of a Development Manager.
As a Development Manager in CyberSource you will be a thought-leader responsible for providing vision and leadership to various multi-functional product development teams. You will be the gateway for associated development groups collating and clarifying requirements, facilitating communication and driving project initiatives. Your strategic mindset along with your technical expertise will be deployed to champion and manage a culture of best practices, continuous improvement and personal development within CyberSource.
