CyberSource NI has full life cycle responsibility for the global payment security and payment acceptance product sets. As a software engineer in CyberSource’s agile environment teams, you will be designing and developing solutions to ensure the continuous evolution and innovation of these product sets. This includes utilising agile best practices such as Continuous Integration, Refactoring, and Test-driven development, resulting in a true end-to-end software engineering experience. Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience developing Java / .Net applications
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related degree
- Experience of n tier application development
- Advanced Skills in OO design and design patterns
- Familiarity in creating automated build and test environments using Ant, JUnit, etc.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with ability to work together as a team
- Experience in relational databases such as Sybase, Oracle, or MySql
Desirable Criteria:
- Confident in working within an Agile Development Environment
- Commercial Experience in a Banking, Financial Services or Payments organisation

The successful candidate will be innovative and experienced in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years experience designing and developing complex Java / .Net applications
- Experience of n tier application development using J2EE
- Experience in OO design and design patterns
- Experience in creating automated build and test environments using Ant, JUnit, etc.
- Experience in relational database design, optimization and performance with databases such as Sybase, Oracle, or MySql
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with ability to work together as a team
Desired Criteria:
- Experience of SOA or Web Services
- Experience with load and performance testing
- Familiarity with JSTL, JSF, AJAX, CSS
- Experience with Agile methodologies/Scrum
- Experience in a Banking, Financial Services or Payments organisation

- 8+ years experience designing and developing complex Java/ .Net applications
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related degree
- Experience of n tier application development, preferably using J2EE
- Experience of application integration
- Confident in leading a technical team
- Advanced Skills in in OO design and design patterns
- Experience in creating automated build and test environments using Ant, JUnit, etc
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with ability to work together as a team
Desirable Criteria:
- Enterprise Java development experience including fault-tolerant, scalable, high-volume systems
- Strong UNIX background
