Codemasters Chooses CyberSource U.K. for Payment Management Services

CyberSource Ltd., the U.K.-based CyberSource (NASDAQ: CYBS) subsidiary today announced that it has been selected to provide payment management services for The Codemasters Software Company Ltd., a developer and publisher of entertainment software. CyberSource was chosen following a rigorous selection process based on expertise, broad service set, and the ability to offer outsourced services and comprehensive support.

Solutions chosen by Codemasters include:

PAYMENT - Codemasters will securely process payments for its online games via CyberSource's PCI-certified global payment processing network. Multiple payment options and over 190 countries and currencies are supported.
SECURE PAYMENT DATA STORAGE - Codemasters will now store authorised customers' payment data in CyberSource's secure and PCI-certified datacenters.
FRAUD SCREENING MANAGEMENT - CyberSource will design fraud management strategies and install and configure the associated CyberSource Decision Manager system. This system includes over 150 fraud detectors, including device fingerprinting, to control fraud loss and increase sales conversion. Any orders requiring manual review will be reviewed by CyberSource order review experts, and overall performance of the operation will be monitored by CyberSource fraud analysts.
