Sprint Expands eCommerce Portfolio with CyberSource Payment Service

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — June 13, 2002

Sprint (NYSE: FON, PCS) announced today that it has expanded e-commerce services for business customers by providing enhanced online payment processing services powered by CyberSource Corp. (NASDAQ: CYBS), a leading provider of electronic payment and risk management solutions. This expanded capability enhances Sprint's overall e-commerce offering at its 10 Sprint E|Solutions centers across the country.
