If a merchant is looking to expand into new geographies, open a new channel to market, improve the customer experience across channels, or simply make their operations more efficient, the long-standing partnership between hybris and CyberSource could provide just the solution they need.
The partnership offers a pre-built extension for integrating the robust hybris platform with CyberSource's global payment management capabilities. The result? A comprehensive, scalable commerce, payment and fraud management solution that can help to accelerate time to market, decrease system development requirements, and reduce risk.
The extension is certified by hybris, so systems integrators (SIs) can be confident that the code will be high quality and will benefit from a seal of approval for best-practice integration. The pre-built nature of the extension streamlines the integration by providing a flexible, modular architecture that can help to simplify project scoping and reduce the risk of error during implementation.
The extension is provided as a toolkit, so the integrated solution can be configured to meet merchants' individual needs. CyberSource and hybris provide SIs with collaborative support, including project management, throughout every project.
With CyberSource's payment connections in more than 190 countries, 20 currencies, and 25 languages, merchants can take full advantage of the hybris platform's global commerce capabilities. This can help them to:
The integration gives merchants access to CyberSource Decision Manager — backed by the World's Largest Fraud Detection Radar — to enhance fraud screening and drive more accurate order acceptance decisions; and to CyberSource Payer Authentication for 3-D Secure transaction authentication.
Merchants can also use CyberSource Secure Acceptance to securely accept payments made on the web or from mobile devices. Secure Acceptance enhances the customer experience on any device by facilitating instant checkout, automatically rendering checkout pages to optimize the display, and localizing them to support all major e-markets.
Using Secure Acceptance with Tokenization additionally means that merchants don't handle any payment data themselves: instead, it's transmitted directly to CyberSource where it's tokenized. Merchants can therefore reduce their PCI compliance scope as only the token is stored on their infrastructure.
