Cybersource | SVP, Cybersource North America
Sharon Haines is head of North America for Cybersource, a Visa Solution. She is responsible for driving revenue from and for Cybersource clients and prospects across direct and indirect sales channels by delivering flexible, secure, and creative commerce experiences. She also helps build strategy for the products and services Cybersource delivers to the payments ecosystem, including merchants, FIs, and tech partners. Sharon also leads the transformation of Cybersource’s client engagement model and championing a focused approach to creating value propositions that resonate with the unique needs of industry verticals.
Sharon has more than 20 years’ experience in the payments industry. During her time at Visa, she has led teams to execute strategies to expand card acceptance and to improve the monetization of Value-Added Services and New Flows in support of Visa’s corporate strategy to diversify revenue streams and be the Network of Networks. Prior to her role at Visa, she held several sales positions in the chemical industry with Air Products and ICI Americas. She specializes in transforming and enabling sales teams for top performance.
Sharon received a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey and has participated in the Executive Leadership Program at the Haas School of Business.
