  • Foster flexibility to allow the front and the back end to work independently at their own pace and create new user experiences without risking old ones.
  • Achieve accelerated innovation to experiment with new ideas and touch points to keep up with customer expectations without disrupting the IT teams that handle the back end.
  • Use customer data, such as past purchases, to enable personalized customer experiences. These include promotions, offers, and browsing capabilities that are relevant to each customer.
  • Allow a business to power all customer touchpoints in a single platform. Headless eCommerce also enables users to create a unified commerce experience that allows customers to begin a purchase journey at one point and seamlessly finish it on another.

The Cybersource + Elastic Path partnership

Cybersource is the preferred payment management platform partner of Elastic Path. Customers can make payments via their credit card of choice through the Cybersource/Elastic Path partnership. All payments made are safe and secure through the use of Cybersource Token Management. Sensitive payment info is replaced with token IDs that are stored in Visa Data Centers, thus facilitating PCI data compliance as well.
